The 17th International Conference on the History of Science in East Asia (17th ICHSEA) will take place in Inner Mongolia, China, 16th -20th August 2027. It is organised under the auspices of Institute for the History of Science and Technology, Inner Mongolia Normal University, on behalf of the International Society for the History of East Asian Science, Technology and Medicine (ISHEASTM).
The conference is the latest in a series of major international meetings that have taken place in Europe, East Asia and America since 1990. It will bring together researchers from all over the world to present and discuss their latest research relevant to the history of science, technology and medicine in East Asia from antiquity up to the present day.
